CANDIDATE EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The explicit consent you provide here is not limited to your photograph, disability status, and health condition details. It also pertains to the processing and transfer of all special categories of personal data included in your CV, as well as both special categories and general personal data, as described in this statement. Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), personal data such as your race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect, or other beliefs, clothing, membership in associations, foundations, or trade unions, health information, sexual life, criminal convictions (if any), security measures related to you, as well as biometric and genetic data, are considered special categories of personal data. For detailed information about which personal data we process and for what purposes, please refer to the Candidate Clarification Statement.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

We may process the following special categories of personal data that you share with us or that are necessary for processing:

• Audio Data: Personal data recorded by the automatic voice recording system on our support line, should you share it with us.
• Photograph: The “Photograph” section in your CV.
• Health Data: Information about your disability status, disability rate, and related details that you may indicate in your CV.
• Special Categories of Personal Data: Other special categories of personal data you may indicate in manually filled sections of your CV.

Some employers, due to the nature of their operations, may request specific special categories of personal data. Therefore, to ensure the necessary sensitivity when processing such data, we have included a section in the CV for the processing of any personal data that may fall under these categories. Before filling out this section, we ask for your explicit consent in a separate checkbox for the processing and transfer of your special categories of personal data.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

By ticking the box that says, “I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes specified in the Explicit Consent Statement,” you are granting us explicit consent to process both the personal data you share in the relevant section, as well as any other special categories of personal data not mentioned in this Consent Statement, that you choose to disclose. These personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• To assist both your job search and employers in their search for employees, the information in your CV will be shared with employers.
• Your CV will be shared with all employers who are business partners of HEETSOFT Bilgi Teknolojileri AŞ to assist in their search for employees.
• You consent to the evaluation of your CV by our partners and the processing of the data. By doing so, you allow all the information you have included in your CV to be viewed by both HEETSOFT partners and non-partners. We strongly recommend that you do not include any special categories of personal data you do not wish to make public in your CV.
• When you apply through the HEETSOFT website or consent to your CV being visible and processed in the candidate pool: 
  1. 1. Evaluation of employment,
     2. Screening candidates and identifying the right candidate for employment,
     3. Sharing notes taken from your CV with the manager to help them better understand and get to know the candidate,
     4. Verifying data with the references you have listed in your CV,
     5. Verifying how well your CV aligns with the position and storing your CV information for future confirmation,
     6. For the possibility of needing it in the short or long term, recording the offer letter shared with you via email.
• If necessary, the data may be shared with Employer Clients for support in accessing our services.
• To provide you with support during our business hours, you can contact our company at +90 (850) 441 43 38 (HEET). As your request may involve special categories of personal data, it may be shared to assist you.
• The special categories of personal data you share in phone calls with us may be recorded and stored by our automatic voice recording system. Since phone calls are automatically recorded, we recommend that you avoid sharing special categories of personal data during such calls.
• When you apply through our website to become an employee, your CV is required, and during the evaluation process, your CV may be processed and shared with the relevant persons involved.
• Various departments within our company may process your data according to the specific purposes of their respective operations.
• If necessary, your data may be shared with our lawyers for the purpose of defending our legal rights.
• We share your data with our international employers and service providers based abroad, with whom we have a data controller/data processor relationship, for the provision of employment assistance services.
• If the company you applied to is part of a group company, we may share your data with other group companies, which are also our business partners.

Your personal data will be stored for the maximum period necessary, as specified by the relevant legislation or the purpose for which it was processed, and in any case, will be retained for the statutory limitation periods.
