- Türk Telekomünikasyon Anonim Şirketi and its group companies,

- Business partners, suppliers, contractors, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other individuals or entities for the specified purposes,
- Tax and similar advisors, persons involved in legal follow-up processes, public institutions, and organizations, as well as third parties we consult with, including auditors, and without limitation, business partners, service providers, authorized persons, and organizations.
Your personal data is not transferred abroad by HEETSOFT. However, if necessary, your explicit consent will be obtained for any domestic transfer processes.
How Long Is Personal Data Retained?
HEETSOFT retains personal data for the duration required to fulfill the processing purposes outlined in this clarification text, considering the statutory limitation periods stipulated in the Law and other relevant regulations. Upon the expiration of these periods, the data will be deleted or destroyed in compliance with the Law.

- To inquire about the purpose of processing and whether it aligns with the stated purpose,

- To request corrections if your data has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and if conditions are met, to request the deletion of your personal data, as well as to ask for this action to be communicated to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data,

You can submit your requests regarding your rights using the Data Subject Application Form, by mail through a notary, or via any other methods defined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Your request will be responded to as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, in compliance with the law. However, if the process incurs additional costs, HEETSOFT reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority, in accordance with the Law.
