Digital transformation is about using digital technology in all areas of an organisation nowadays even the smallest company uses digital technology.

It basically changes how the company works and how it delivers value to customers, especially with the new generations growing up with technology they are used to looking at everything online this means, that for companies to get new customers, they need to keep up with the new technologies.
