- At least 3 years of experience in software development and project management,
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
- Proficient in JIRA software and product management processes,

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
- Good command of English.
Job Description
- Identify bottlenecks in the system and lead optimization efforts,
- Manage the flow of processes between “backlog” and “Done” definitions based on company culture and team capabilities using JIRA software,
- Create and improve checklists based on product testing processes,
- Prepare and present necessary reports to ensure that activities are traceable and measurable,
- Generate target-versus-actual reports,
- Project management,
- Create project analysis documentation and UML diagrams,
- Plan progress meetings and share outcomes with stakeholders,
- Create developer work packages based on customer requirements in JIRA,
- Define tasks and features,
- Prioritize work packages in line with the main project schedule and test them according to the established definition,
- Monitor the TODO-DONE status for each developer,
- Track target deadline compliance,
- Measure performance with daily meetings.
